Hope RX Disc Rotor Center-Lock

The Hope RX Floating Centre-Lock disc brake rotor is a high-performance disc designed to handle high temperatures without warping. The 2-piece floating design allows the laser-cut 410 stainless steel outer to expand separately from the CNC-machined aluminum center, providing superior thermal management. The true floating design offers 1 degree of freedom, ensuring the outer is always free to expand when subjected to heat. The CNC-machined aluminum center is stiff and lightweight, offering the advantages of a thicker fixed disc without the weight penalty. The aluminum center also acts as a heat sink to keep disc temperatures lower for reliable braking performance. The laser-cut and heat-treated 410 stainless steel braking surface provides increased life and oxidation prevention. The rotor features a machined round outer edge for safety and easier wheel changing. The rotor measures 1.8mm in thickness with a 1.5mm minimum specification.
